Heidi Erpelding, PT
Clinic Director

Heidi has been with Physicians Physical Therapy since March of 2004 and is currently the director of the Arrowhead Clinic in Glendale. She graduated in 1988 in Biology from Mesa State University in Grand Junction, Colorado. In 1990 she received her BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. Heidi specializes in many areas and enjoys treating Lumbar and Cervical conditions. She loves to educate patients in their movement and positioning to decrease their pain. Heidi also enjoys working with Athletes to improve performance through muscle re-education and a balance of strength and flexibility.

When Heidi is not working or training she spends time with family including a great niece and nephew that keep her active and busy. She has 2 brothers and a sister and they get together with family on a regular basis for food, drinks and games. Heidi also loves to train and run in triathlons. She has completed 15 Ironman triathlons including the Ironman World Championships in 2014. Heidi also loves to hike and go mountain biking.

Jennifer Wright, PT, MS

Jennifer Wright works in our Arrowhead clinic. She is a native of Arizona. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 1995 from Grand Canyon University with Summa Cum Laude honors. In 1998, Jennifer obtained her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. Jennifer obtained her certificate in Intramuscular Dry Needling in 2013. She enjoys working with athletes and treating sports related injuries and is an athlete herself.

During her college career, Jennifer played tennis on the Grand Canyon University Women’s tennis Team and had the privilege of playing in the NCAA-II Women’s Tennis Championship game. She is a member of the International Natural Body Building Association and in May of 2015 competed in the Women’s Figure Division. Jennifer enjoys exercising, participating in outdoor activities such as wake-boarding and hiking, as well as spending time with family and friends.
